Launch of revised Customer Communications Toolkit for the Public Service - A Universal Design Approach

A revised version of Customer Communications Toolkit for the Public Service - A Universal Design Approach was launched today, 11 December 2019, by Patrick O’Donovan TD, Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with Special Responsibility for Public Procurement, Open Government, and eGovernment.

The Toolkit has guidance to inform the design and procurement of customer communications across the Public Service.

The Toolkit has been revised and re-published to align with changes in related legislation and terminology since it was originally launched in August 2017.
