Protected Disclosures Annual Reports

Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 requires the publication of a report each year relating to the number of protected disclosures made in the preceding year and any actions taken in response to such disclosures. A statement relating to protected disclosures in the NDA is included in our Annual Reports.

No protected disclosures were received by the National Disability Authority in the reporting period from 1^st January to 31^st December 2016.

No protected disclosures were received by the National Disability Authority in the reporting periods from 1^st January to 31^st December 2017.

No protected disclosures were received by the National Disability Authority in the reporting periods from 1^st January to 31^st December 2018.

No protected disclosures were received by the National Disability Authority in the reporting periods from 1^st January to 31^st December 2019.

No protected disclosures were received by the National Disability Authority in the reporting periods from 1^st January to 31^st December 2020.

No protected disclosures were received by the National Disability Authority in the reporting periods from 1^st January to 31^st December 2021.
