Literature review. Guidance on retaining employees with a disability

This paper summarises the learning from the academic literature and from established good practice guidance in relation to retaining people in employment after the onset of a disability.

The paper was developed to inform the 'Retaining Employees who Acquire a Disability: A Guide for Employers' guidance document for employers on job retention.
