Estimated Number of Potential users of Changing Places Toilets in Ireland

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage asked the National Disability Authority (NDA) to provide advice on the estimated number of potential users of Changing Places Toilets in Ireland.

This request arose from a current review of Part M of the building regulations to provide for Changing Places Toilets. This short report outlines four different approaches to arrive at an estimate of the number of potential users of Changing Places Toilets in Ireland.
