Gender Pay Gap Reports

The National Disability Authority is obliged to prepare and publish a Gender Pay Gap Report under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.

The gender pay gap measures the difference between the average pay of men and women across the organisation. It does not measure equal pay for equal work but instead shows how men and women are distributed across roles and pay grades.
