Review of Overage Exemptions for the Early Childhood Care and Education ECCE Programme: NDA Report

The National Disability Authority (NDA) was asked by the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs and the Minister of Education and Skills to review the issues around “overage exemptions” for children with disabilities taking part in the Early Children Care and Education (ECCE) programme.

This NDA report was submitted to the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs and the Minister for Education and Skills in 2018.
