We continue to work on the review of the operation of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) service model, on behalf of the HSE.
As part of this work, we have surveyed families, staff and managers of CDNTs.
We now invite former staff who left their role in a CDNT since June 2023 to share their views and experiences, of working in CDNTs with us by completing our survey.
Each survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All data collected is kept confidential and we don’t ask for any personal identifiers.
