The NDA has published a review of available resources to support employers to create autism-friendly workplaces.

The document reviews the current resources available for employers in Ireland to make their workplaces more autism friendly. It lists existing training, publications, supports, services and other resources, as well as identifying gaps that may exist that are relevant to supporting autistic people and their employers in the workplace. Most of these resources are also relevant to supporting other neurodivergent employees.

The NDA consulted with several organisations in the development of this review, including Disabled Persons Organisations (DPOs), organisations supporting and advocating on behalf of autistic people, and experts.
This review forms part of the NDA’s work on the Autism Innovation Strategy, an 18-month framework for cross-government action on autism which seeks to complement wider disability policy. You can read more about our work on the Autism Innovation Strategy on our dedicated webpage.
