Read our recently launched Literature Review on the Factors that Lead to Development of Behaviours that Challenge and Prevention and Management of Crisis Situations among Children and Young Adults (CYA) with Disability

This academic scoping review of published literature was commissioned by the National Disability Authority (NDA) in 2024. The authors (Doyle, Cleary, Eustace Cook, Fleming & McMahon, 2024) conducted a rigorous scoping of published literature and this review provides useful insight into the myriad of factors linked to behaviours that challenge in young people with disabilities, interventions to address these challenges and broadly considers the supports needed for those in crisis.
