We have launched a review of the operation of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) service model, on behalf of the HSE. In part 1 of this review, we would like to hear the experiences and opinions of families with children who are receiving a CDNT service or who are on a waiting list for a service from a CDNT.
